Texas Prime was founded in 2015 by Urias Eliezer and Mowana Debora, a Brazilian couple who arrived in the United States in 2013 carrying with them years of construction experience and an entrepreneurial vision.
Before relocating to the U.S., Urias built a successful career in Brazil. Originally trained in law, he later pursued formal education in construction and went on to develop dozens of residential properties in northeastern Brazil. After years of proven results, he chose to expand his path internationally — driven not only by opportunity, but by a desire to build something greater.
Upon entering the U.S. construction market, Urias quickly recognized a recurring challenge: inconsistent quality, missed deadlines, limited communication, and a lack of operational structure. Property owners and managers were not just managing projects — they were managing contractors.
Texas Prime was created to change that reality.
Founded as a family-owned company with strong values and disciplined execution, Texas Prime initially focused on residential remodeling and new construction in Florida, later expanding to Texas. Over the years, the company successfully delivered hundreds of projects, building a reputation for reliability and structured management.
In 2020, during one of the most challenging periods for the global economy, Texas Prime expanded into the commercial sector, forming partnerships with organizations such as OpenDoor, Nebraska Furniture Mart, and Denton County. This strategic growth strengthened internal processes and expanded operational capacity.
By 2024, after identifying a significant quality gap in the multifamily maintenance and renovation market, Texas Prime entered the apartment sector — bringing with it the same disciplined management, consistent teams, and commitment to deadlines that defined its foundation.
